Question: Are you prompt with your dump truck delivery services? Answer: Yes. When we agree on a delivery time, we generally ask for a one-hour lead-way to allow for unforeseen traffic and loading delays.

Question: How much advance notice should I give you for dump truck service?
Answer: We often can work on short notice, but please try to schedule the work in advance to ensure the work can be done in a timely fashion.

Question: Are there items B&B Movers will not take away?
Answer: We are not able to take any hazardous materials including chemicals, gasoline, oils, paints, solvents, car batteries, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, propane tanks or any types of toxic waste.

Question: Why can't you take paint and other chemicals?
Answer: We are not legally able to carry hazardous materials in our trucks. Please call your local city-recycling center for help with disposing of any hazardous materials.

Question: Do you charge extra for any items [surcharges]?
Answer: Yes. Certain items have landfill surcharges, and we must charge extra for these items. These include air conditioners, appliances, auto/truck tires, mattress and box springs, television/computer monitors and water heaters.

Question: What do you do with the trash that is removed?
Answer: All items are properly disposed of at a state registered dump facility or transfer station.

Question: Can you cross concrete walkways and driveways with your dump truck if needed?
Answer: Yes, we will drive on these concrete surfaces with your permission. Due to the unknown prep-work techniques used before the concrete was poured, we cannot be held responsible for damage to any concrete surfaces.
