How will the total charges be calculated?
Answer:
The actual cost of relocation will be determined by multiplying the hourly rate
quoted by the number of hours worked.

How do you charge for partial hours?
Answer: The last hour of your move will be prorated
by 15 minute increments.

Question: Do you disconnect and reconnect appliances?
Answer:
We will move any appliances from the original location and place them
where they need to be placed at the new location. However, we DO NOT
provide appliance services. Should disconnecting and reconnecting be
needed, your sales consultant can make those arrangements with a 3rd
party service.

Question:
Can I leave things in the drawers?
Answer:
YES, you can leave all articles of clothing or non-breakable and non-valuable
items in the drawers. The drawers will be secured shut. It is suggested to
empty drawers (or pack them very lightly) of furniture that is fragile or old
of age, such as antiques, particle board, etc.

Do all my boxes need to be sealed?
Answer:
Yes. All boxes should be closed and taped up! For best results, all boxes should
be packed FULL, taking care to wrap breakables. Please identify fragile boxes.

What if we have bad weather on move day?
Answer:
We will complete the move if at all possible. B & B Movers, Inc. WILL NOT be
responsible for soiling of carpets due to wet or muddy conditions. However
floor runners will be used.

Will my household goods be placed on a truck with someone else's items?
Answer:
NO. B & B Movers, Inc. provides exclusive use of your own truck for the
entire duration of your move.

Is tipping mandatory?
Answer:
NO! Our crew members are prohibited from asking for a tip. However, like
any service industry, gratuities for a JOB WELL DONE are greatly appreciated.
